  • Phone review. Their Phone add-on is $70/mo per line for in-app calls and texting. That is not “the software answers the Google number by itself,” and it is not AIVA.
  • Onboarding review. The page says teams of 2 or more providers get a dedicated onboarding specialist, and that this is free. A review about migration is about that offer, not about seat math.
