Two details matter more than the dollar. Setmore counts a staff calendar with no login. Mangomint counts a front desk profile. A “we only have four techs” headcount can still be five or six seats once the book lists everyone who touches it. We do not multiply those rates into a sample invoice. The rates are theirs. The headcount is yours.
Calendar — $20/month — is the flat book
Use Calendar when the job is the public schedule: gel, dip, fill, acrylic, pedi, the tech who does it, and a time that is actually open.
