Mangomint does not publish a “first four people free” cap on the page we fetched. The meter is the base, then $10 for each user. Their definition is wide: service providers and front desk employees with a profile both count. A Saturday-only tech is a user if they have a profile. A coordinator who never takes a client is a user if they have a profile.
