These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bukkii AI websites at bukkii.ai and related products and services ("Service") provided by AIVA Solutions Inc. ("Bukkii", "we"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account & eligibility
You must be 18+ and have the legal authority to bind your business to these Terms. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under it.
2. Subscription, billing & setup fees
Bukkii is a monthly subscription. The price of each plan is listed on our pricing page. Setup fees cover provisioning a dedicated phone number, AIVA training, and onboarding. Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly subscription is cancel-anytime. We may change pricing for new sign-ups at any time; existing subscribers are given at least 30 days' notice before any price change.
3. Free trial
The 7-day free trial requires no credit card. If you don't subscribe, your trial account is paused and your data retained for 30 days, then deleted unless you reactivate.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe intellectual property; (c) send unsolicited messages or spam; (d) attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; (e) use the Service to make harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent communications.
5. Customer data & AIVA call recordings
You retain ownership of your customer data. You grant Bukkii a license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the Service. AIVA records phone calls so you can review them; you are responsible for any disclosures required by your local recording laws.
6. AI accuracy & limitations
AIVA is powered by AI and can make mistakes. While we work hard to make her accurate, you remain responsible for verifying important bookings, payments, or business decisions. Bukkii is not liable for errors in AIVA's output beyond what's expressly stated in these Terms.
7. Termination
You can cancel any time from the dashboard. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security/legal risk.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bukkii disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bukkii's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
11. SMS Terms & Conditions
Program name & description. The Bukkii Phone messaging program ("Bukkii") sends SMS text messages to customers of Bukkii (operated by AIVA Solutions Inc.) relating to their account, appointments, bookings, service updates, and customer support.
How you consent. By providing your mobile phone number to Bukkii — or by having previously provided it as part of your existing customer relationship with Bukkii Phone — you consent to receive the SMS messages described above. Consent is not a condition of purchase and applies only to this program.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your account activity.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out — reply STOP. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and will stop sending SMS messages to your number. You may receive additional messages only if you opt back in.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. No mobile information or SMS opt-in data will be shared with or sold to third parties or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
