Positive amplification

Five-star replies that read like a thank-you card.

Generic "Thanks for the review!" doesn't move the needle. AIVA reads the actual review, references the specific tech and service, thanks them by name, and gently invites them back. The result reads like a small handwritten note — and other readers see it.

  • Mentions the technician and service by name — feels personal, not copy-pasted
  • Uses the customer's name when we have it
  • Gently invites them back: "Can't wait to see you for your fill!"
  • You can add your signature — like "— Annie, Owner"

Lisa T. · "Tina did such an amazing job on my gel mani! The nail art was perfect and she was so patient with my color choices. Definitely coming back!"
AIVA suggests:
"Hi Lisa! 💖 Tina is going to LOVE seeing this — she put extra care into the art for you. Thank you so much for the kind words! See you in 3 weeks for that fill. — Annie"
Negative de-escalation

A 1-star review handled like a pro.

Most owners panic and say the wrong thing — or ignore it. AIVA follows a proven 4-step playbook. Other readers see a calm, professional response. The reviewer often edits their rating up.

1
Acknowledge
Name the exact issue — never generic
2
Apologize
Sincere, no excuses, no blame
3
Offer a fix
Free service, callback, or refund
4
Move offline
Take it to phone — keeps it private

Anna B. · "Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. Nobody apologized. Won't be back."
AIVA suggests:
"Hi Anna, I'm so sorry — that's not the experience we want. A 45-minute wait without an apology is unacceptable. Could you call me directly at (215) 791-6766? I'd like to make this right with a complimentary service on your next visit. — Annie, Owner"
Review request automation

Get more reviews without ever asking in person.

Asking for a Google review in person is awkward — most customers forget anyway. A friendly text right after their appointment gets 7× more reviews. Bukkii sends it automatically, only to customers who had a great visit.

  • Text sent automatically within 1 hour of checkout — no action needed from you
  • Optional: ask "How was your visit?" first — only happy customers see the review link
  • One tap takes them straight to your Google review page
  • One follow-up reminder after 24 hours, then stops — never spam
  • See which technician gets the most 5-star reviews each month

Reviews FAQ

Common questions

You choose. By default, AIVA writes the reply and you tap to approve before it posts. You can also set it to auto-post 5-star replies while you still review negative ones — that's what most owners prefer. AIVA will never automatically post a reply to a bad review.
During onboarding you pick a tone (warm/professional, casual/friendly, brief/no-nonsense), language (English, Vietnamese, or both), and any signature elements ("always sign as Annie", "use one emoji max", etc.). After 10-20 approved replies, AIVA learns your specific phrasing — many owners report replies sound "exactly like me" by week 2.
Different playbook: acknowledge the specific complaint, apologize sincerely, offer to make it right, move the conversation off the public review (e.g. "Please call us at 215-791-6766 — we'd love to fix this"). Never argues, never excuses, never blames. Increases the chance the customer edits to 4-5 stars or removes the review entirely.
Across 184 salons that turned on AI reviews in 2025, the average rating climbed 0.5 stars in 90 days (from 4.2 to 4.7), and every single review got a reply. Google rewards salons that respond to reviews — most of these salons also saw 25–40% more customers finding them on Google in the same period.
Yes — automatically. After each visit, AIVA sends a friendly text within 1 hour: "Hi Lisa! Tina hopes you loved your nails — would you mind leaving us a quick Google review? [link]" You can choose to only send this to customers who said they had a great experience. This gets about 22% of customers to leave a review, compared to 3% when you ask in person.
