Owners and managers usually live in the Web version on a desktop or the iOS/Android app on their phone. Front-desk staff prefer the iPad/Android tablet (for the check-in app). The Windows desktop app is for shops that prefer a dedicated install over a browser. All versions sync in real-time — pick whatever fits each role.
Yes. The app itself is free on iOS, Android, Windows, and Web. You only pay for the Bukkii subscription (from $19/mo). All features inside the app — calendar, AIVA, check-in, Google Reviews — are unlocked based on your plan, not the device.
Yes. The iOS app is a Universal app — same install, same login, optimized layout for iPad. The Android version supports tablets running Android 9+. Many salons use a tablet at the front desk as the dedicated check-in station.
Not as a native .dmg yet — Mac users can run the Web version in Safari/Chrome (full feature parity) or install it as a Progressive Web App from the address bar. A native macOS build is on the roadmap for late 2026.
One account, all devices. Sign in with your email + password (or Google Sign-in). Sessions stay active for 30 days; you can revoke any device session from Settings → Sessions.
English and Vietnamese are fully supported across every platform. The language switches based on your account preference, not the device locale, so it stays consistent everywhere you sign in.
