The Team column is for multiple team member businesses: $14.95 per bookable team member per month, with team members marked unlimited. The page has a “definition of a team member” control. The definition text did not come through in the fetch, so we do not invent who counts beyond the words they printed: bookable team member.

A nail salon with one bookable person is on the $19.95 card. A salon with several techs is on $14.95 times bookable team members. We do not multiply that rate into a shop total for you. Count your own bookable team.

Their FAQ says businesses with teams can use a 7-day free trial, no credit card. That is Fresha’s policy. AIVA has no free trial.

The marketplace fee is not the subscription

Direct booking links are marked free. Facebook and Instagram bookings are marked free. Returning marketplace clients are marked free. New clients who discover the business via the Fresha marketplace are a one-time 20% commission, with a minimum fee of $6 per client. Their FAQ says they do not charge a booking fee on every appointment, and they do not charge new clients who find you through your own website, Instagram, or Facebook.

That split is the product. Fresha is software plus a marketplace. If new guests find the nail shop inside Fresha, the 20% line is the price of that introduction. Bukkii Calendar does not offer that introduction. Replacing Fresha with a website only makes sense when those marketplace clients are not the reason the book is full.

Their AI Concierge is not AIVA’s price

Fresha lists an optional AI Concierge at $99.95 per location, monthly, with 200 minutes included per location and then $0.60 per extra minute, plus 500 messages included and then $0.04 per extra message. That is their phone-and-message add-on, on their pricing page. We do not treat it as the same product as AIVA, and we do not claim AIVA includes those minute buckets.

AIVA is $200 one-time for the inbound shop line. No monthly plan fee. No free trial. Get AIVA — $200. You can keep Fresha for the marketplace and still put AIVA on the shop number. Calendar, separately, does not answer the phone.
