Fresha vs Booksy, for a nail salon, is a marketplace comparison plus a staff meter. Each will list the shop where new clients search, and each charges for the people who can be booked. The dollars are not the same shape. We opened both pricing pages on September 25, 2026.
Fresha alone is Fresha alternative. Booksy alone is Booksy alternative and Booksy pricing. Booksy against the platform name is Booksy vs Vagaro. Fresha against that platform is Vagaro vs Fresha. This page is only Fresha against Booksy.
Subscriptions, as of September 25, 2026
Fetched from fresha.com/pricing. Independent is $19.95 per month for one team member. Team is $14.95 per bookable team member per month, with team members marked unlimited. A definition control sits on the page. The definition did not render in the fetch, so “bookable team member” is the phrase we use.
Fetched from biz.booksy.com/en-us/pricing. The FAQ answers “How much does Booksy cost?” with $29.99 per month, plus $20 per month for each additional team member, plus tax. A separate block says add extra users for $20/month each. The hero we fetched said “per month + tax” and did not replace that FAQ sentence, so the $29.99 figure is the FAQ’s.

A nail salon that wants strangers from an app should compare 20% once, with a $6 floor, against 30% of the first visit only if Boost is on. Those are different offers. Turning Boost off is not the same as leaving Booksy, and skipping the Fresha marketplace is not the same as deleting Fresha’s calendar. Read the switch before you compare the percentages.
Booksy’s “Reserve with Google” line is their phrase on their pricing page. It is not a claim that their button is the same onboarding as Bukkii Google Reserve. Fresha’s page lists Facebook and Instagram bookings as free. It does not print a Google Reserve line in what we fetched. We do not fill that blank.

For a nail salon, Bukkii is the option
Stay on Fresha or Booksy when the marketplace is how new clients find the chairs. Pay the subscription that matches the bookable team, and pay the discovery fee only if you use that discovery. A nail salon whose clients already know the shop, and whose complaint is the per-person meter or the ringing phone, can cover the book and the line without picking a marketplace winner.

How do Fresha and Booksy charge a nail salon?
As of September 25, 2026, Fresha Independent is $19.95/month for one team member, and Fresha Team is $14.95 per bookable team member per month. Booksy’s FAQ says $29.99 per month plus $20 per month for each additional team member, plus tax. Both also have an optional discovery fee: Fresha’s marketplace commission, or Booksy Boost.
What is the marketplace fee on each?
Fresha charges a one-time 20% commission on a new client who discovers the business via the Fresha marketplace, with a minimum of $6. Returning marketplace clients are free. Booksy charges no commission on new clients when Boost is off. If Boost is on, the fee is a one-time 30% of the total cost of that client’s first visit, and Boost has no monthly fee.
Does Booksy include Reserve with Google?
Booksy’s pricing page lists Reserve with Google among the things they do not charge extra for. That is their phrase. Fresha’s pricing page lists Facebook and Instagram bookings as free and does not print a Google Reserve line. We do not claim Fresha includes it, and we do not claim they lack it. Bukkii Calendar includes Google Reserve at $20/month.
What is Fresha’s AI Concierge price?
The Fresha pricing page lists AI Concierge at $99.95 per location per month, with 200 minutes included and then $0.60 per extra minute, and 500 messages included and then $0.04 per extra message. That is Fresha’s add-on. AIVA is $200 one-time. Booksy’s pricing page does not print a receptionist plan in the text we fetched.
Can a nail salon add Bukkii without leaving Vagaro or Booksy?
