Dialzara vs AIVA (2026): AI receptionist for nail salons
You're in the middle of a fill when the shop line rings. This page compares Dialzara and AIVA for a nail salon in the United States, using only what each company published on November 5, 2026. It's a fit note, not a ranking. AIVA answers callers in English only. Dialzara's pricing page says every plan includes 10 languages, including English and Spanish. That page does not name Vietnamese.

This article is based on dialzara.com/pricing as read on November 5, 2026. AIVA's figures come from bukkii.ai/pricing, read the same day. For how AIVA works on a nail floor, see the nail salon page. An older Bukkii comparison, read October 28, 2026, said Dialzara's Spanish and its Google or Outlook sync started on Pro. The November 5 pricing table tells a different story on languages: 10 languages, including English and Spanish, are marked on every plan, Lite included. Google and Outlook calendar sync is still marked from Pro up, not on Lite. That older table is in AI receptionists for nail salons compared. For Goodcall, see our October 30 note, Goodcall vs AIVA. For Frontdesk (formerly My AI Front Desk), see My AI Front Desk (now Frontdesk) vs AIVA.

Price
Dialzara sells monthly plans built around inbound minutes. On dialzara.com/pricing, as of November 5, 2026, Business Lite is $29 a month for 60 minutes, then $0.48 a minute. Business Pro is $99 a month for 220 minutes, then $0.45, and the page marks it as most popular. Business Plus is $199 a month for 500 minutes, then $0.40. Business Elite is $349 a month for 1,000 minutes, then $0.35. Done for You starts at $1,500+ a month. For that plan, the page tells you to inquire about included minutes and the total. It doesn't print them, so we won't guess. Every inbound card says no contract and cancel anytime.
According to the pricing FAQ, minutes are live talk time while the agent is connected to a caller. They're tracked to the second, and partial minutes aren't rounded up. Dialzara emails you when you have 15 minutes left. If you run out, callers go to voicemail. Extra minutes you buy don't expire. The top of the page mentions a 7-day free trial. That trial is Dialzara's. AIVA has no free trial. The page says the prices shown are monthly and that annual pricing is available, but it doesn't list an annual dollar amount, so we won't invent one. Outbound calling is a separate product on the same page, starting at $750 a month for 1,500 contacts. It isn't part of the inbound receptionist price.
AIVA, on bukkii.ai/pricing the same day, is $200 one-time. No free trial, no monthly fee, no contract. That one payment covers a dedicated number, training on your menu and policies, calendar setup, and call forwarding, plus 100 voice minutes and 1,500 SMS. After that, voice is $0.35 a minute and SMS is $0.035. Packs never expire. Get AIVA — $200. Hear her for yourself at (215) 791-6766.
Bukkii Calendar is a separate product, and it does not answer the phone. Calendar is free for up to 3 staff and includes the booking website. The $20-a-month plan adds unlimited staff and customers, plus Reserve with Google. Email reminders come with the $20 plan. Reserve with Google is not on the free plan.
Booking calendar
On a nail floor, every appointment has to land in a book. Dialzara's comparison table, read November 5, 2026, marks Google and Outlook calendar sync on Pro, Plus, Elite, and Done for You. Lite doesn't get that check. The Lite, Pro, and Plus cards name third-party integrations through Zapier and Make. The comparison table lists CRM via Make, Zapier, or API in every column, from Basic on Lite to custom integrations on Done for You. The integrations FAQ mentions calendars (Google) and CRMs via Make.com, Zapier, or API. None of it names Vagaro, Booksy, Fresha, GlossGenius, or Square. This page does not claim that Dialzara writes a gel or a fill into a nail book. If your chairs have to stay on one of those platforms, check with Dialzara before you count on a two-way write.
AIVA books on Bukkii Calendar. This page does not claim that AIVA writes appointments into Vagaro, Booksy, Fresha, GlossGenius, or Square. The nail menu, chair setup, and forwarding are covered on the nail salon page. Calendar does not answer the phone. The free plan is $0 for up to 3 staff and includes the booking website. The $20 plan adds unlimited staff and customers, plus Reserve with Google. Email reminders come with the $20 plan.
Languages callers hear
AIVA answers callers in English only. AIVA does not answer callers in Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, or Korean. You can read this page in Spanish or Vietnamese, but the voice on the phone stays English. If a caller needs Spanish or Vietnamese, AIVA is the wrong tool for that call.
Dialzara's comparison table marks "10 languages (incl. English & Spanish)" on Lite, Pro, Plus, Elite, and Done for You. The FAQ says every plan includes 10 languages, including English and Spanish. The page doesn't name the other eight, and it doesn't name Vietnamese, Chinese, or Korean. So that line is not a promise of Vietnamese on the phone. If your shop needs Vietnamese, this page can't confirm that Dialzara offers it. An older Bukkii comparison, read October 28, 2026, said Spanish started on Pro. The November 5 table marks those 10 languages on every plan, Lite included.
Transfers
Dialzara's comparison table marks blind call transfers on every inbound plan, including Lite. Warm call transfers are marked on Pro, Plus, Elite, and Done for You, but not on Lite. The plan cards say the same thing: blind transfer on Lite, warm transfer from Pro up. The FAQ says the agent can transfer to an outside number based on conditions you set, like a specific person, the time of day, or urgency. That's a software handoff, not a person sitting at the nail desk.
AIVA's published setup, on the pricing page checked November 5, 2026, is call forwarding from the shop's existing number to a dedicated number. This page does not describe a warm or blind transfer from AIVA to a technician. If you need callers handed to a person with a warm introduction, Dialzara lists that on Pro and above. AIVA's pricing page does not.
SMS
Dialzara's SMS agent is an add-on, separate from the inbound minute bucket. The page lists it at $19 a month plus $0.05 per AI message. The pricing FAQ says carrier fees pass through at $0.0083 per segment and that 10DLC registration is handled for you. The website chatbot is $39 a month on its own, with unlimited sessions. Bundled with any voice plan, the page says you get 100 sessions a month, then $0.15 a session. The "all plans include" list also mentions email and SMS notifications after each handled call. That's a notice after a call the agent already took. It isn't the same product as the $19 SMS agent.
AIVA includes 1,500 SMS, then $0.035 per SMS. Those included messages cover post-booking texts. AIVA does not auto-text missed callers. Packs never expire.
Salon fit
On the page we read, Dialzara is a general-business phone agent sold in minute buckets. That page doesn't publish a nail menu. Dialzara is the better fit over AIVA if you want a monthly minute plan, you want English and Spanish on the phone, Google or Outlook is enough for your book, you want warm transfer, and you're fine without a nail-native book. On the November 5 table, English and Spanish are on every plan, Lite included. Calendar sync and warm transfer start on Pro.
AIVA fits a nail salon in the United States whose callers can book in English, that will keep appointments on Bukkii Calendar, and whose owner would rather pay $200 one-time than a monthly AI fee. The $200 payment includes training on your menu and policies. Gel, dip, fill, and acrylic are covered on the nail salon page. AIVA does not answer in Spanish or Vietnamese. Calendar does not answer the phone.
A few quick pointers, without reprinting other vendors' price tables: For Goodcall, see our October 30, 2026 note, Goodcall vs AIVA. For Frontdesk (formerly My AI Front Desk), see My AI Front Desk (now Frontdesk) vs AIVA. Rosie and Fresha AI Concierge are covered in AI receptionists for nail salons compared. Fresha AI Concierge stays inside Fresha's book, which is also why it shows up in Fresha alternative.
Setup and phone number
Dialzara's "all plans include" section says a US-based phone number, local or toll-free, is included. A footnote says UK, Australia, New Zealand, and international numbers are available on request. The FAQ about keeping your existing number says you can forward or port it, or Dialzara can issue you a new local or toll-free number. A different FAQ, about what phone numbers cost, lists US and Canada local numbers at $3 a month and US toll-free numbers at $5 a month. Both lines were on the page we read on November 5, 2026. We can't tell which one reflects what you'll actually be billed. Check the live page before you assume the number comes at no extra charge.
AIVA's setup is call forwarding from the shop's existing number. The $200 payment includes a dedicated number, training on your menu and policies, calendar setup, and that forwarding. The number on your door and on Google stays with your phone company. You just forward it. This page does not describe number porting for AIVA.
Final verdict
Based on the pages we read on November 5, 2026, here's who each product suits. It's not a ranking.
Dialzara is the better fit if you want a monthly minute plan, English and Spanish on the call, Google or Outlook as your book, and warm transfer to your team, and you don't need a nail-native calendar. On that November 5 table, English and Spanish are on every plan, Lite included. Calendar sync and warm transfer start on Pro. AIVA answers callers in English only, and this page does not describe a warm transfer from AIVA to a technician.
AIVA is the better fit if you run a nail salon in the United States, your callers can book in English, you want appointments on Bukkii Calendar, and you'd rather pay $200 one-time than a monthly AI fee. Get started. Both cards are on the pricing page.
If your book has to stay in Vagaro, Booksy, Fresha, or GlossGenius, the Dialzara page we read doesn't name those platforms, and this page doesn't claim that AIVA writes into them either. If you need to keep the shop number, Dialzara's FAQ says you can forward or port. AIVA's setup on this page is forwarding only.
