Square Appointments is a real calendar and a real checkout for a lot of shops. If your team already knows where the deposit sits and how it hits the ticket, do not rip that out to satisfy a blog post. A nail salon deposit is a policy: which services, what amount, applied to the service. That policy can stay enforced where you already enforce it.
We will not walk through Square’s screens, and we will not guess their processing rate, their deposit percentage, or their plan names. Those numbers change, and inventing one would be a lie. Your Square bill stays Square’s.
