Acuity is scheduling software with payments through other processors. It is not a nail-salon POS, and this page does not pretend a $20 booking plan matches every Acuity feature. A nail floor hits the cap before it hits “unlimited”
One calendar is a solo tech. Six calendars is a small shop if every bookable person needs a calendar, and it is gone once a Saturday tech and a front desk each need one. Thirty-six is a large team, and it is still a ceiling. Their own line says a calendar can be an employee or a location. We do not turn “up to 6” into your invoice. We state the cap. You count the calendars.

Google, and what their page actually prints
The Acuity pricing page we fetched does not print a Google Reserve or Book Online line. It does list Google Meet, Zoom, and GoToMeeting for online meetings, and it tells you to find the app in the Google Play Store. Acuity’s HIPAA BAA and custom CSS are real Premium features. If a medspa needs the BAA inside Acuity, Premium is answering a question Calendar does not answer. A nail salon that needs the book and Google, and already has a processor, is the reader of the $20 plan.
