What you install
- iOS and Android. The native app for the owner’s phone and for techs who need the day’s book, push alerts, and AIVA call summaries.
- Web. The dashboard in a browser when you are on a laptop at the desk.
- No desk hardware. There is no phone to buy from us. The softphone is the app.
Put the business number on Google, Instagram, and the door card. Callers still dial the number they already know if you forward it. You answer in the app when your hands are free. AIVA answers when they are not. That split is the whole product story: the app is how the staff reach the line; AIVA is who covers it.

Can AIVA ask for a deposit on a call I could not take?
Yes. AIVA states the deposit rule you trained and texts the payment link. Calendar does not do that, because Calendar does not answer the phone.
Do I have to give clients my personal cell?
No. Publish the salon number, forward it, and use the app when you want to pick up. AIVA covers the inbound calls you cannot take. Personal cell stays off the Google listing.
